Location was good, the place was clean and updated. Alot of reviews I think are were before the new owner updated rooms. Or maybe I just got a good room. But I'm rating my experience. It Was a quite place and I didn't have any problem with service or room. My plane was late so i checked in at 11:45 pm, not an issue. There are alot of lights everywhere, guessing it keeps out unwanted attention. There is a refundable deposit.
Very descret place. Some of the rooms are a little dated but the hotel itself is perfect for what it is, a 3-hour hookup shack. For what it is it's very clean, you could tell they change the sheets after each visit. (triple sheeted beds are the way to go especially in a place like this) All being said this is definitely the cleanest Motel short-stay place I've ever been too.

OK, I needed to spend a night in a hotel closest to my new job. I was starting last week and I came across this place. I honestly was scared because I haven’t been in a motel in almost a decade and a half so to my surprise when I walked in and saw that you can tell this place was refurbished. I was happy I was pleased. There isn’t really any service as far as like breakfast or any special types of services, but if you’re looking for some place to stay for a day or two need a quick rest restart I would definitely stay here again

I came here with very low expectations. Until I met the female front desk worker Madhavi. Great attitude first of all even for 1AM. But she went out of her way and even saved me some money by informing me of the short stay option…not something most people would do when the customer is already willing to pay full price. She even informed me of the new renovated rooms…which are very clean and nice for a quick short stay. She will definitely be the reason I come back to this motel and give them my business. One of the Nicest Hourly motels in Suffolk. This is the ONLY hotel I stay at when I'm in town doing a travel nursing assignment. Newly renovated rooms. Great and courteous staff. I've been going to Commack inn for almost 30 years. New owners, new management, and great affordable prices (hourly or full night) make this motel the choice for me and should be your choice as well
Always a decent experience. Very few channels on the TV and no microwave is disappointing for a $200 room, but they are clean, professional and the TV swirls towards the Jacuzzi, can't beat it. I would give 4.5 stars if possible.
